The DigitalX DX10 10400mAh Mini DC UPS supplies
backup power to compatible routers, modems, CCTV cameras and other low-power
electronics. It combines a 10400mAh lithium-ion battery, 24W maximum total
output, and 5V, 9V and 12V DC connections. USB-A and USB-C PD 3.0 outputs
provide additional charging options.
For homes and small offices in Bangladesh, the DX10
is a practical option for keeping essential networking equipment powered during
load shedding. If your broadband connection uses a separate router and ONU,
both need backup power. Your internet provider’s equipment must also remain
operational for the connection to continue.
10400mAh
Rechargeable Battery: Uses four 2600mAh 18650 lithium-ion cells.
Three DC
Voltage Options: Dedicated 5V/2A, 9V/2A and 12V/2A outputs support devices
with matching power requirements.
24W Combined
Output Capacity: The total connected load must remain within this shared
limit, alongside each port’s individual rating.
USB-A and
USB-C PD Charging: Includes 5V/2A USB-A and USB-C PD 3.0 for compatible
phones and accessories.
Included
Power Adapter and Cables: Supplied with a wall adapter, a 0.5-metre 1-to-1
DC cable and a 0.3-metre 1-to-2 splitter cable.
Router and
ONU Compatibility: Before connecting your equipment, check the voltage,
current requirement, connector size and polarity printed on each device or its
original adapter. Match the voltage exactly and ensure the selected output can
supply the required current.
For example, a 12V/1A router and a 9V/0.6A ONU have
a combined rated requirement of 17.4W. That falls within the DX10’s total
limit, provided the connectors, polarity and individual output ratings also
match. This calculation checks power capacity; it does not predict backup
duration.
Use separate voltage outputs when devices require
different voltages. A splitter cable shares one output and does not convert
voltage.
Pros: Multiple
voltage options for compatible electronics. DC and USB charging connections. Adapter
and connection cables included. Higher advertised battery capacity than the
DX8.
Cons: Runtime
varies with device consumption and battery condition. Connector and polarity compatibility
require checking. Additional charging reduces available backup time. Intended
for low-power DC equipment rather than desktop AC backup.
The DX10 suits users who want to prioritise
internet connectivity during a power outage. For remote work, online classes or
a small business, backing up the router and ONU can be more useful than
spending battery capacity charging nonessential accessories.
Compared with the 8000mAh DX8, the DX10 has a
higher advertised battery capacity while retaining the same 24W total output
limit. The larger battery capacity does not increase the maximum supported
load.
After installation, fully charge the UPS and test
it with your usual equipment. Record the actual backup duration so you can plan
around your own setup.

Q: Can the
DigitalX DX10 power a router and ONU together?
A: Yes,
if both devices match the available outputs and stay within the individual port
and combined power limits.
Q: How many
hours of backup does it provide?
A: There
is no single guaranteed duration for every setup. Connected load, charge level,
battery age and conversion losses affect runtime. A measured test with your
equipment is the most useful guide.
Q: Can I
connect a 9V router to a 12V output?
A: No.
Use the output voltage specified by the router manufacturer. A connector
fitting physically does not establish electrical compatibility.
Q: Can it
power a CCTV camera?
A: It
can support a compatible DC-powered camera within its limits. Include the
camera’s nighttime illumination demand when checking power requirements. A DC
connection does not directly replace PoE.
Q: Will it
keep my internet working throughout a power cut?
A: It
can back up your networking devices, but internet access also depends on your
ISP’s network and the available battery runtime.
Q: What is
the price of DigitalX DX10 Mini UPS?
A: The price DigitalX DX10 Mini UPS around BDT 2,400 to BDT 2,850.
